In this article I will share my thoughts about using Morgan Blue Wash Lotion. It is a bodycare product from the Belgian brand with maintenance products. So no we are not talking about wash location for the bikes, but wash lotion for the rider.

Morgan Blue Wash Lotion is especially suited for the removal of oil, grease and dirt after sporting action. The Wash Lotion stimulates the blood circulation with its cooling ‘rebound effect’ and contains degreasing and good cleaning properties. It is also used after massages to remove the massage oil-based products but also to remove protection products (on the legs when riding). Shake before use.
Wash hands very carefully after applying. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in a cool place. Avoid contact with eyes.
Luckily I’m not a cycling professional who needs a lot of massages of legs and body, but in rainy weather conditions I use products like Born Sportscare Protect Extra (even under my water repellent leg- or knee warmers like GripGrab AquaRepel Arm and Leg Warmers). In sunny conditions I obviously use a sun-blocker with UV protection or Start Up Oil from Born Sportscare or Sportsbalm.
While some have published articles in the body care category, this wash lotion is another useful addition for post ride refreshing. Just like the Born Relax Cream that was the first article in the category.
The Morgan Blue Wash Lotion is an item I stash in my Scicion Race Day Rain Bag when I’m riding a sportive event. The post-ride refresher before I put on the Fusion Urban Pants or Jako premium training pants. In the past I’ve used the Born Sportscare Wash Lotion as well which has a similar price point with similar use case and functionality.
What I really like is that Morgan Blue is widely known for its bike maintenance products, now also has products that maintain the rider of the bike ! In the picture you see it is a Duursport branded version, a webshop and brand behind Amacx and AC Sports Nutrition.
Concluding thoughts and wrap-up
The price point of a 500 ml. bottle with Morgan Blue Wash Lotion is around € 13,00 which is not cheap compared to a normal body shower bottle. But it is easy to use without water or taking a shower. Simply put it on washcloth or a small towel and get your legs cleaned up directly after a ride.
