In this article I will review the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt that is the ultimate running shirt which combines comfort and performance. The hydrophilic Italian fabric with ceramic yarns is something I’m looking forward to to experience. In white the Fusion TEMPO! T-Shirt has a minimalist look, with just a subtle fusion logo on the left shoulder.

What you directly will notice is the comfortable and smooth material of the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt that even has kept me comfortable during the heat wave in the summer. I own multiple Fusion C3 T-shirts in various colors and a couple of Fusion TEMPO! TWO Run T-Shirts. I really like the fabric, very comfortable to wear.
The active cooling feature reminds me a bit of the Megmeister Ultrafris Pro Arm Coolers that also have sweat and wind-activated cooling capabilities. But this is an amazing capability to have, and please remark the heavy cooling the cyclists in Le Tour de France 2026 have been doing during the heat wave.
Another remarkable feature is the mesh fabric under the armpits, so this will help you cool down and evaporate sweat during exercise (regardless of the active cooling). Anyway this is a unique feature compared to for example the Fusion Mens TEMPO! TWO Run T-Shirt (which I will review later).

I would compare the shape as athletic fit or super slim fit (like the Olymp No. 6 button shirts). Also the short arm feels slightly longer, which is more in line with the arm length of the TEMPO! TWO Cycling Jersey.
Fusion has a minimalistic way of branding. The Fusion logo label on the front of the left shoulder is simply in black and white (and non-reflective). In the older Fusion C3 T-Shirts the Fusion logo was printed with 3M reflective material. I prefer the current approach, so that you could use the shirt also in a casual leasure setting.
When you look carefully you see little red lines on specific areas of the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt. For example the backside of the arm, where both end are stitched together, some on both sides on the hip are where the front and back panel are stitched. Also on the backside of the neck. This is the Fusion Powerlock, a lockstitch on seams, where different panels of the shirt are stitched together.
Fusion is a Danish brand, and is keeping its manufacturing in Europe according to environmentally friendly standards like OEKO-TEX standard 100.
Concluding thoughts and wrap-up
The price point of the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt is € 67,00 which from my point of view is defendable given the quality and innovative product you get. The hydrophilic fabric structure and wicking mesh gusset under the sleeve combined with the fit and slightly longer arms, justifies the investment over the TEMPO! TWO Run T-Shirt. For comparison …. The Mammut Aenergy FL T-Shirt for Men has a retail price of € 75,00.
The Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt is available in 4 different colors, where I’ve reviewed the white version. Personally I don’t like the other colors, because the Fusion branding is very prominent and large on the front of the chest. I prefer the simplicity of this clean looking and plain white version.
Overall the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt is an excellent choice for hot weather running, but also many use cases before, during and after sports. If you like the minimalistic plain white color and simple branding than you cannot go wrong with the Fusion Mens TEMPO! T-Shirt.
