In this article I will share my experience with the Amacx Energy Ice Gel in flavor lemon lime. It basically is an energy gel with 30 grams of carbohydrates that you need to put in the freezer. It can be used as an ice cream and will help to cool you down in warm days.
The motive to test this energy ice gel, was an e-mail from The Feed who did do some testing by putting 25 energy gels in the freezer (with mixed results). I will put some of my personal favorite energy gels also in the freezer to see what happens.
